Windows 10 How do you remove an old Microsoft account that no longer exists?

I am a student at a university, and as a part of being a student you get a personal student email. This email can be used to log in to Microsoft with as a Microsoft Account so you can access things like Word or PowerPoint.Recently I received a new email address, but all that is changed is the name of the address, while the account and all its details are still the same account. I can log in with the new email address with no issues, but the old email address is still on my computer as a Microsoft account.
