Windows 11 How do you retrieve information from USMT format ?

HelloMy laptop crashed the other day and had to change the hard disk. before that I backed up onto an external drive in the format of USMT .mig files, now I am not sure how to access these files again. I have tried all methods that I found online but nothing seems to really work. The data is in a hard drive and the following is the directory:D:>do_not_delete>USMT>migstore>apps>USMT>USMT>MIG >files>USMT>USMT.MIG>settings>USMT>USMT.MIGAny help would be appreciated.Thank you.
