Windows 11 How fix cmd prompt opening on startup and oprning again minutes later randomly?

Ive tried all methods to stop it, but nothing has worked, and the cmd prompt still opens on start up and then will open again minutes later randomly thru out the time of my laptop being onThis all started once i installed the latest updatePlease help me out, its annoying, and the feature makes my computer run slower
