Windows 10 How I can fix this or reset my PC to original?

I accidentally switched the every Default file Data in exefile document HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT in Registry Editor to "%1"%* and now I can't do anything with my computer.I canr open most of the files including Command Prompt..I always get this 3messages.You'll need a new app to open .exe file,Application not found and No such interface supported.Please help I don't know what to do.I even can't Reset my PC.My PC doesn't allow me.I click Get stared in the recovery section but nothing happens.
