Windows 10 How long does a blue screen last?

I unexpectedly got a blue screen. The stop code CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT.It says its collecting error info and then will restart. It has been collecting error info for an hour now and is still at 0%. How long is this going to take?
