Windows 11 How long should the advanced startup option for Windows 11 take?

I had to resort to the advanced startup option for troubleshooting and the advanced options tab (to fix UEFI settings?) for a game that required the secure boot state to be ON. The restart is taking forever though, it's currently just stuck on a blank black/dark gray screen. Earlier I shut off my PC and turned it on to try again, but to no avail. Any suggestions?
