Is it just me or does a human support team, that reads from a script designed to reduce cost to the company, represent biological artificial intelligence? Boundaries are put on what they can and can not say. Using preprogrammed phrases that lack real human compassion and understanding. (I completely understand how frustrated this issue has made you feel. Copy paste repeat) Even if the tech support is a human, they do not deviate from the script and never show any sign of humanity.
