Windows 10 HOW ON EARTH CAN i GET MY STICKY NOTES BACK

LOST my most important note---not sure what happened, i accidentally pressed a button and it just automatically disappeared!


I have no backup and i tried the appdata thing, the only notes I can find is the ones i am currently having


--Question is how can i get back the previous versions without downloading any software? ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED! I AM USING WINDOWS 10
