Windows 11 How to access Edge settings when pop up covers them?

I have the annoying pop-up about the McAfee fake virus removal in Edge. My problem about following any of the suggestions posted here is that the popups cover the settings menu so that I can't get to the settings to make the changes. I don't know how to remedy this! Can anyone help?
