Windows 11 How to add Microsoft into MS Authenticator after Authenticator lost its data on iPhone reset?

I backed up, reset, restored my iPhone. The MS Authenticator lost all its data. Have re-established some of it, but can't figure out how to add Microsoft for 2FA login. Any suggestions?
