Windows 11 How to backup my laptop to my external hard drive not to one drive?

I used to be able to automatically backup my laptop data to my external hard drive. However recently One Drive has hijacked that option and my external hard drive is no longer an option when I choose to backup my laptop data. How do I override this obnoxious change?????
