Windows 11 How to bring deleted files back on windows 11 after reseted with keep my file process?

Hi everyoneI am very sad from yesterday because I reseted my laptop within keep my files option and then lost all my ios backups. Windows kept rest of everything in my laptop except ios backups, al ios itunes backups have been deleted by windows. I have lot of very important things in that backups. Unfortunatey I reseted my exist iphone recently for selling it and was planning to wait for iPhone 16 to having my backups back within. So I don't have any other backups somewhere else. Do you have any suggestions how to bring that backups back? Is Windows savinh that deleted files somewhere in the
