Windows 11 How to change email ID connected with laptop (admin) to a different user and make it admin without data being lost?

I have made an email address which is connected with Microsoft 365 (outlook) and is currently an admin. It was initially created by 'GoDaddy' website. Since that email ID runs out soon, I would have to pay for it outherwise I wont be able to login to my laptop.I want to create a new hotmail ID and link it with my laptop and made that the admin. How do I do it? I want to retain all data from this user to the new one. Please help.
