Windows 11 How to Change Email Language for Microsoft Account Notifications?

My Microsoft account is set to Ukrainian, but I receive emails to my Gmail like password resets and security codes in Russian. I would prefer these notifications in any other language, including English. How can I change the email language? This issue is really frustrating.
