Windows 10 How to change the default font, font size and font style in Windows 10?

Please assist on how to change the default font in Windows 10. The font I have is very thin and I had to enlarge the size of the text for me to read it. Below is the recommended setting for my laptop.


Is there a way for me to minimize the size without affecting the display (e.g blurry bold texts)? Also, is there a way to modify the font style? With the current settings, the bold texts are very blurry and are hard to be read especially on Twitter and Facebook. Thanks in advance.
