I have been trying to change my timezone for a while now but my windows 11 computer simply does not let me as it says "you do not have permission to do this please contact your administrator" when my account is the administrative account. I should be on central time but for whatever reason I am on amsterdams timezone. The only logical idea of how this may have happened is I was using my VPN which i have now deleted trying to solve the issue, was on one of amsterdams servers that they had because I wanted to watch a show.
