Windows 10 How to completely and permanently disable/delete Windows Compatibility Telemetry?

Hello. I need Windows Compatibility Telemetry gone from my PC.I play some older games on my PC, and every time I launch them (they work fine btw) that compatibility thing goes crazy, using almost 100% disk in Task Manager.I read somewhere that I need to disable "Connected user experience and telemetry" service, but that is not truth. I disabled it, but Telemetry is still running from time to time.Any advice and solution are welcomed, thanks in advance.
