I need help in getting a refund for microsoft 11 download from February. It's stating "my PC doesn't meet minimum system requirements to download windows 11. I have been trying to reach out to Microsoft for several months o resolve this issue. You don't have a refund button on your order section to resolve this issue. I found a request for credit or refund form but it doesn't allow me to complete the form in it's entirety online. I need to speak with a person and not AI. Jamesetta
