Windows 7 How to convert image files in old Frontpage folder... _vti_cnf

Many many years ago, I use to use Frontpage, and it created folders titled _vti_cnfWithin these folders are images files ending in .jpg, however I cannot view these images. Is there a way to extract these images from the _vti_cnf folder and to convert them into standard viewable .jpg files?
