Windows 10 How To Create A WAN/ LAN Homegroup connection in Windows 10 for 2 laptops & a PC using the same router for internet connection?

I have 2 laptops and one pc all running on Windows 10 & using the same TP- Link router for internet connection.

The laptops connect using wifi but the pc is connected using the ethernet cable. Now, if it would've been Windows 7 or 8, it would've been easy to create a homegroup. But I don't know what genius came up with the idea of removing the said functionality from Windows 10.

Please help me figure out a way to create a homegroup kind of connection that helps me connect all the laptops and my pc as I work from my home office and it is very much essential for my work on a day-to-day basis.
