Windows 11 How to delete a file on windows and bypass admin password?

One of my files has the admin password, and I am wondering how to delete it without the password. It is a shared computer, and the person who owns the admin account is away on holiday. They don't want to tell me for personal reasons, and I don't want to stress them out. The message is, "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" And below it asks for the password.
