Windows 11 How to delete files that require system permission such as hp touchpoint analytics

I have located the program files for hp analytics and have used the (garbage can icon) to delete but at first it said I needed administrator permissions. tried that and did not work, Now it says I need system permission to delete.I have searched the web to find out how to gain these permissions, tried them all still not able to delete.I am running windows 11.
