Windows 11 How to delete files that transferred to my new laptop from my pc without deleting it from my pc?

So I recently got a new microsoft laptop for college but when I was setting it up, I clicked the option to link my pc and laptop together by accident. I use my pc mainly for gaming, is there any way I can delete all the files/games on my laptop without it deleting it from my pc?
