Windows 10 How to delete or reset the pagefile.sys file??

I have a Windows 10 PC where the pagefile.sys file is 14,83 GB.In a question, I asked before Redirecting it states:"At any time no paging can be selected followed by a reboot. Then paging is selected followed by another reboot.This manually deletes and recreates the paging file so that it is at the smallest size."But that is not the case. If I select "no paging", the pagefile.sys is not to be seen - but when again selecting paging as determined by windows, the page
