Windows 11 How to delete the program named "Program".

Hello everyone, I am having a series problem here. I installed some of programs from not-so-trustworthy sites and now my antivirus blocking automatically opening websites (this website is blocked because this can harm your device), deleted 50+ malwares and blocked 100+ websites (automatically opening). When I open startup, I am seeing a program named "Program" which can only be disabled or searched online. The options to view file location and properties are disabled. I cannot open its file location or view its properties. I have seen Installed programs but there are all trustworthy programs.
