Windows 11 how to delete windows 10 files

long story short, i installed windows 11 on a dual boot, and im liking it and now i want to uninstall windows 10, i already remove windows 10 boot up from msconfig but is there a way to delete the windows file without formatting the disk? i dont mind it being a partition but i dont want the windows file since it takes quite some few gigabytes
