Windows 11 how to deselect [Uefi File As Trusted for Executing]?

I wanted to install Ubuntu on external hard drive.I installed but it was not showing in BOOT option [l installed wrongly using mbr, later installed using uefi now its working]when it was not showing in BOOT option, I thought i have to manually add boot option by selecting ==> select an Uefi File As Trusted for Executing I did select bootx64.efi in below image. but as you can see this is windows EFI partition.so basically it created duplicate boot option like this.How I can remove this.I tried bcdedit command,It removes the entry but when I turn off my laptop if creates the boot option again
