Windows 11 How to disable Copilot from Word, and hide the Copilot icon from appearing IN a Word document?

Hi everyone. Like many of you, I want to get Copilot off my computer. I especially want to get it out of Word, where it is an intrusion into my writing workflow. Although I seem to have disabled its functionality, the icon still appears in every Word doc. Does anyone know how to get rid of it or hide it? Thanks.
