Hello,
With my windows 10 education edition comes another pointless gimmick: the "fade in" of notifications in the action center. There are now two modes of delay when trying to access notifications: the slide out, and the "fade in." I know I can disabe the slide out by disabling it in "Change the Appearance of Windows" but is there any way to remove the Fade in only though group policy or regedit?

for visualization of what I'm talking about. I know that there's the transparency glitch, but I'm not too worried about that cosmetic bug.
The reason why I'm asking is because I use three-finger-tap to open the action center and have my mouse hovering over the notifications so I can click quickly. This extra delay is driving me nuts because I usually have to click twice.
