Windows 10 How to disable Hyper-V ? | Could not complete the updates. Undoing changes

Using Windows 10 Pro.I am trying to disable Hyper-V since it disturbs the work of Virtualbox.Every time I'm trying to disable it either from Control Panel, CMD or PowerShell, it gives the following message after restart: Could not complete the updates. Undoing changesI tried all the solutions that I could find but NOTHING helps1) DISM -RestorehealthDidn't work2) SFC /SCANNOWDidn't work3) Delete SoftwareDistribution folder Didn't work4) Delete SoftwareDistribution folder from the SAFE MODEDidn't work5) Update TroubleshooterDidn't workHow can i solve this issue and finally disable the
