I need to permanently disable win 10 update because it is intruding on my work and costing me money. I need to be able to install updates WHEN I CHOOSE TO, NOT WHEN WINDOWS CHOOSES TO. The option in settings to delay updates simply does nothing, it is just a mirage, a false promise; it's a **** fraud. If I allow the relentless windows update to run in my task manager, which I have open all the time so I can see what sort of intrusion Windows is making into my day to day, and then delay updates for as long as possible in the (complete and utter lie) update settings, when I restsart, Windows upd
