Windows 11 How to disable Win 11 Touch Keyboard - (caps lock key randomly turns off likely due to Touch Keyboard opening when it shouldn't)

I am having a small but frustrating issue with a new HP Envy laptop (17-cg1075cl). It is running Windows 11 and all drivers, firmware, and Microsoft software are up to date. It is still under warranty through March 1, 2023.There are times when I need to use caps lock for extended periods, but the caps lock key turns itself off seemingly at random. After booting the PC and then eventually turning on caps lock by pressing the key, it should stay on until the key is pressed again or the system is rebooted. But it turns off many times throughout the day with no actions that should cause it.I
