Windows 11 How to dock notifications in the taskbar?

On my HP laptop, notifications (Nord VPN Disconnected, Language Typing Selection) are placed around the screen on the highest layer as popouts that cannot be closed or redocked to the taskbar, causing it to be very distracting. Attempting to upload a picture of the error fails on this forum, so I might have to find an alternate solution. On my home computer, all of that information is docked in my taskbar as notifications.
