Windows 11 How to download apps outside Microsoft Store? I am on Windows 11 Home, no S Mode.

I've been trying to download apps from online (I am aware that it can affect my laptop negatively) but it wouldn't let me download it. I tried downloading Google Chrome (even though it is my default browser) to see if it would accept it, but it wouldn't allow that either.I've been searching every where to see what I can do and nothing works. I am not in S Mode so there isn't a way to turn it off to see. I don't have the Apps & Features section, just the Installed Apps. I've opened up Registry Edit to see if I can delete the file, but it doesn't exist. I've ran Command Prompt and scanned to
