Windows 11 How to enable the comments in a Word doc appear on the right side of the Preview Pane in Windows Explorer?

I use a Windows 11 Home Single Language (64-bit), version: 22H2, OS Build: 22621.1555 OS, on an HP 15s Laptop. Recently, the preview pane of Windows File Explorer is showing the comments of a Word doc within the file, rather than the original right side. This is infuriating, as I cannot glance at the comment immediately and must move my cursor to the comment and wait 1-5 seconds for the comment to pop up.
