Windows 11 How to encrypt folders using EFS in Windows Server 2019?

Hi all, I am trying to setup EFS encryption on Postgres database folder. I started with creating certificate files (pfx & cer). Then I added in group policy -> public key policies -> Encrypting file system. I also added this in Trusted Root certificates store. Then I tried to encrypt folder by right-clicking -> advanced -> encrypt contents to secure data. It gave me an error. An error occured applying attributes to the file. Recovery Policy configured for this system contains invalid recovery certificate. I don't understand this. It seems i have followed all the steps b
