Windows 11 how to extend 3 monitors(not including the laptop screen) using a usb-c with 4 hdmi ports?

Hi, I have three monitors that I am trying to extend. I've done this before in the past, however all three monitors were extended horizontally across(1,2,3). I have two monitors vertically stacked and the third monitor is placed to the left of these two stacked monitors, however this third monitor is rotated to where the graphics can be displayed in portrait mode/setting. I cannot get the the bottom stacked monitor to display. I ensured all cables were connected from the monitor to the USB-c. Thanks for the Assistance!!!!!
