Windows 11 How to extend C partition without losing the applications installed on D partition (C and D are on the same disk)?

Hello!I know there have been a lot of questions about this issue but those are either too old or do not apply to my situation.I have two disks: one has 1T space and the other one has 2T. This is a screenshot. Sorry I cannot change language as the system is pre-installed, but I think you can understand its meaning.Now I want to extend my C partition space as more than 90% space has been used. So I want to 'transfer' some space of D partition to C partition. I know there are some methods to do this, including some third-party softwware.
