Windows 11 how to extend data in C drive which is in disk 1 , from D drive which is in disk 0

hi there, my problem is that I have 2 disks, disk 0 and disk 1... My local disk C drive is in disk 1 while my D drive is in disk 0,, I have shrunk some volume from my d drive which is in disk 0 and I wanna use that unallocated volume to extend my C drive which is in disk 1 so how do I do that?REPLY
