Windows 11 How to find an account that shows up when I boot my laptop, but isn't in the settings to remove.

Hello. I purchased a HP laptop. When I turn it on and it comes to the login I notice 2 users accounts down in the bottom left corner. One I can log into and use but the other won't let me login? I have gone through the setting to try and remove that account, but the account is not listed under the settings, account. How do I remove this dead account. Will the reply go to my email? How will I check to see if there is an answer to my problem? I can't figure out how to remove this dead account that won't let me log into it.
