Windows 11 how to fix 0xc000001 error when booting into windows 11 setup?

today i thought of installing windows 11 on my laptop. I booted my USB but when i tried to boot into it it just gives me BSOD with error code 0xc000001 and your device needs to be repaired. I watched every video on youtube applied every method like using command prompt etc. Still its not booting. What should i do?
