Windows 11 How to fix access issues on CD-RW caused by PC?

Device: HP Envy x360 2 in 1 Laptop 15System: Windows 11, version 22H2Disc: Memorex CD-R (mini disc size)Camera: Mavica CD-500Hi everyone! After receiving a Mavica CD-500 and a bunch of mini CD-R discs from my parents, I decided to find out what was on them and see if any were blank for me to use. I was able to boot them up fine on a CD/DVD/RW disc drive to my laptop running Windows 11 and see all the old photos on them.I ended up finding 3 discs which were completely blank for me to take new pictures on, but when I booted them up, I was prompted with "How do you want to use this disc?" with th
