Windows 11 How to fix accidentally remove all security permission in a folder?

So I was gonna delete a folder but I found a problem in system permission. I open the security advance to solve the problem but I end up accidentally remove all security permission including the administrator so I cant do anything to that file. I tried many things but end up nothing happened.
