Windows 11 How to fix alt+tab issue when switching from full screened application to application on second monitor?

I recently came across an issue that prevented me from being able to keep my application open my second monitor when I fullscreen a game. And every time I alt+tab from/to the full screened application it bugs my second monitor. Is there a way to fix this (without playing in windowed mode) so that I can keep stuff up on my right monitor while playing in fullscreen on the left?
