Windows 10 How to fix blank screen with a line on the upper left corner

One day my pc worked fine next day it was showing a black screen i teyed fixing it but nothing worked. Now it doesnt show a blank screen with cursor it just shows a blank screen with a line in the left upper corner and i dont know oe what to do. No tutorials seem to work
