Windows 11 How to fix Bluetooth devices (all of them) disconnecting immediatly after pairing and staying disconnected.

All bluetooth devices will immediately disconnect after pairing and remain in pairing mode.I have tried every suggestion on the internet several times, andI have installed the latest bios.I have reinstalled the OS and all drivers (several times).I have installed a fresh copy of windows 10 without internet and prevented any auto updates and still had the issue.I have installed a fresh copy of windows 11 with latest bluetooth driversI have disabled the BT device in the bios and used a USB BT dongle.All of the drivers are the most recent as reported by driver easy.When I run the troubleshooter it
