Windows 11 How to fix computer freezing via disk usage going to 100%

I have been having an issue where the disk usage will shoot to 100% for no apparent reason every 10-60 seconds or so. This freezes the entirety of the computer. I have a SSD of around 512 GB.Steps I tried:Disabling MSIRunning disk checksDisabling startup appsDisabling superfetchResetting VMSystem ScansUpdating driversRunning DISM ScanRunning sfc scanand obviously restarting.I would appreciate help as my computer is becoming unusable
