Windows 11 How to fix enlargement of everything on my computer

My apps, desktop icons, taskbar, start, etc are all enlarged. Changing the scale of my pc does not help. This problem began when I left an auto clicker running and found my pc spazzing out and crashing. Edit: restarted and so far all is well
