Windows 11 How to fix fps all of a sudden being very low for days now.

I have never had issues with FPS in games before; lag was mainly my problem. However, two days ago, I went to play a game and all of a sudden my FPS was terrible all day. I tried restarting my PC and shutting it down multiple times, but nothing worked. I also tried uninstalling the app, but still nothing worked. Finally, I tried looking online for tips, but nothing worked. The next day, I looked at articles on Microsoft's website and went through all the steps they recommended, but still nothing worked.soft i go through all the steps they say to do nothing works.
