Windows 11 How to fix glitching and flickering screen?

I've never written a question in and am not that tech savvy, so let me know If any more info is needed thanks!Hi I've had this problem before, the screen shifts, flickers, has a line at the top and also pixelates. Laptop in general seems to be fine with loading speed. But It started to act up using the snipping tool to record the screen and it started glitching a TON.
